Last night I had this problem, and I have eliminated only one 800mg profuren IB and pain for about 6 to 8 hours. And puts me to sleep.

I think that seems to be the end of the day your fatigue and pain just to get more. Take the IBU to help the pain.

I have no medical reason, it hurts, but I have an idea why. My wisdom teeth, even in this time, the fun is not it? haha. Not really. Anyway, I think it hurts at night, because that's the only time of day, really the time to think. The rest of the day, so you something that you do not currently have to think about your toothache.
I took Tylenol, if things go badly, it helps. Good luck with the teeth.
Yes, that happened to me .. I can not sleep much the side that hurts usually the side I want to sleep. damn
