Use sea salt dissolved in hot water ... leads to a game at the mouth with this solution, rinsed (I'm sure he loves the fact that we spit!). Remember not to swallow, to ... the small amount in the mouth after going left to be OK, but not a hint of solution. The salt will help the swelling. It may not have much flavor, but it feels better. It is better to do after dinner, or when the drugs began to disappear.
